How we handle the shipping of your orders

General Information

All orders are shipped via APC or Royal Mail.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are charged on all orders under £125.00 and are calculated at the time of checkout. The delivery cost incurred will depend on the items you order and the delivery method you have chosen.

We can arrange free collection of all orders. Collection will be from the Chichester PO20 area by appointment only. We have multiple premises so we will provide the most appropriate address from where to collect your order.

Shipping will be calculated during checkout. Our current shipping costs can be found below:

Dry Goods

Standard Shipping (delivery within 2-3 days) - £2.95

Free Collection available by appointment only in Chichester PO20 area.

Livestock

Any orders that contain a combination of dry goods & livestock will not be eligible for dry goods shipping rates.

All orders under £125.00 that contain livestock will incur a delivery charge of £9.95.

Water Services

All orders containing water will be expected to be collected by you unless you have chosen local delivery.

Local delivery can be made for water orders in the PO18-21 areas around Chichester for £5.00. Delivery cannot be made to any other area without prior agreement.

Any orders of dry goods or livestock that contain water that is selected for delivery will incur a £5.00 delivery charge.

Where we ship to

Online checkout is only available for UK addresses. If you require delivery to any other address please email us first so we can provide you with a quote.

Livestock Orders

Orders that include livestock will only be shipped out after we have confirmed a preferred delivery date with you. We dispatch livestock orders Monday-Thursday. You must ensure that you are available to receive pre booked deliveries.

Any livestock orders that return to us or are reattempted the following day because you were not able to take delivery will not be eligible in our DOA policy. We ship all corals in suitable packaging that they should withstand an extra day in transit but they are not likely to survive if your order is being shipped back to us due to non-delivery.
